Dream Theater shows their tehnical prowess while playing mainly 15 min. long instrumentals, but drumming of Matt Cameron is more imaginative with smaller drum kit. I would like to see Mike with 4 piece drum kit playing tracks. Term progressive doesent mean that playing is more prog rock oriented, no. It means that it is more complicate.

Man, I honestly think this is one of the weakest covers from Talking Metal, but the BEST performance. Not only do I absolutely love Bell, Portnoy and Blitz, but they're three musicians who absolutely LOVE what they do and when you watch them, you can tell they're having a fucking blast. I think Blitz is a horrible fit for this song, vocally, but damn does he pull it off, and you can tell he's having fun, they all are. That's what it's fucking about man. Five stars for that alone!

Well they do alot of covers on this show with the people they interview and whatnot. Like Exodus doing Seek and Destroy, and In This Moment doing I'm Broken and Run To The Hills. I just think that this one is one of the weakest because it seems like the two hosts are playing a little sloppy, and Blitz' voice just doesn't fit the song. I've seen better covers on the show, personally, but my point was more that it's still fun regardless and that's why I love these musicians

I think my main point is that it would be cooler if the hosts didn't always step in on the jams. I mean, I realize they can't always get the full band to come down, and for that I understand, but take the Exodus jam for instance. All they needed was a guitarist to step in, but of course the Ozzy wannabe had to go on drums and put Tom on vocals, and look at that, the drums are off on the song. They ruin it in my opinion.
