Locs are so beautiful and I like these styles... I'm now relaxed but I just started my braidloc journey. I know its going to take a while before all of my hair locs up. But I'm excited. I was natural for a year back in 2009, wished I would've never went back to relaxers. I loved my natural hair, and doing the 2 strand twist and box braids. But went back to the creamy crack because people around me didn't accept it. But Now I'm locing my hair up and don't care what anyone says. Its my hair!
@alliehazelangel Good for you! You do your thang. Don't worry about who may not accept it. In the end, they'll be amazed by your transformation and will better understand the beauty of natural hair.

@SistahNatural You're locs were beautiful, but short hairstyles really suit you too. (I viewed your videos on your channel.) I hate that you cut them off before you got a chance to do a style tutorial. :-) I struggle with the intricate styles but yours were so well done. You're a beautiful lady--long or short hair, with our without locs.

I love my locs! It is such a positive experience! Like anything or one that is loved, it blossoms! This is such a positive experience that all black females should experience at least once in their lives! Me it is forever! I have had my locs since Oct '10. So they are still babies. But growing like weeds! Well loved weeds. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner...years ago! Lovin' It!
