What gauge strings do you use? I'm looking to buy some from D'Addario and i don't wanna waste money and/or fuck up my guitar.

@CleverNameHere81 Good question, honestly don't remember what gauge I had used for this cover, since I've restrung it it since then, but let's look at it this way...

Their tuning is G# F A# D# F A# - standard tuning would be E A D G B E. In relation to each detuned string, here is how many half steps each string is dropped - 6 4 3 3 6 5. A standard gauge set (10 - 46), dropped an average 4-5 half steps would probably put you at a seven string set (56-10), minus the high E (56-13).

@CleverNameHere81 Just remember that they use 7 stringers and youll have to sacrifice a string to get there, most likely the high string, unless you have a 7 of course. ALSO - remember to reintonate that thing once you get done setting up.
