If you are referring to Karna being refused for education by Drona then more than the caste it was because he went to a school which was only for king's family. In different versions, Chariot Wheel and Krishn'as Sudarshan Chakra are used interchangeably. Normally, a spinning discus or wheel is representative of the Sudarshan Chakra itself.
When Duryodhan and Arjun went to Krishna to ask for help for the war, Krishna had asked Duryodhan whether he would chose Krishna without any weapons or his amry. Consequently, Krishna not supposed to use any weapon. Using Chakka is not the same as using weapon. That is the idea.

Bhishma took a promise saying "I'll either kill Arjuna or I'll make Krishna take the weapon". In his prayer later, Bhishma is saying "Oh my lord, you even broke your vow to save my pride". It just shows the compassion of the divine towards the one who realizes him.

Obviously Krishna gives the message through breaking his vow not to take any weapon by using his disc to kill bheeshm to show that even that virtual promises can be broken with the view to protect against falsehood.

I think they over-did the "arrow game" between arjun and bhishma in the first 20 minutes of this episode....too boring! we get the point!!! the only saving aspect was Duryodhan's dialogues..lol! so funny!

i dont understand why ppl say that Karna was a Brahmin....he was a "sut putra"....all his life he was insulted for being of a lower caste,even draupadi refused to marry him because of his caste....if he was a Brahmin his caste was superior most but still people are confused

If we try to answer the question, "Whether it is right or not to refuse education based on caste" from today's perspective the answer is very different than few 1000 years ago.
Caste system did make sense for a while in Ancient India. It is essentially segregation based on "division of labour". There are lot of slokas in Gita too referencing castes.
Pls don't misunderstand me that I am in favor of caste system. I tried to explain what it would have been at that time. Today's world is different

If you are referring to Karna being refused for education by Drona then more than the caste it was because he went to a school which was only for king's family. Nothing wrong in it coz Drona was just an employee of Hastinapur & he had no authority to admit someone in a school which was made only for royal family.

In different versions, Chariot Wheel and Krishn'as Sudarshan Chakra are used interchangeably. Normally, a spinning discus or wheel is representative of the Sudarshan Chakra itself.

When Duryodhan and Arjun went to Krishna to ask for help for the war, Krishna had asked Duryodhan whether he would chose Krishna without any weapons or his amry. Consequently, Krishna not supposed to use any weapon. Using Chakka is not the same as using weapon. That is the idea.
