Okay, here's what I saw in the tags: Jim Henson, Marty Robinson, David Rudman, and Richard Hunt. Now, I know Jim did Bip, and Richard did the blue guy, but I'm going to take a wild guess at who did the green and lavender guys.

I think Marty did the lavender guy, and David did the green guy. But I'm not really sure.

I dunno when that would've been - Bip only appeared without his trademark orange mane once; when he originally sang "Mahna Mahna" in 1969, it was brown. (And his skin was dark red - instead of orange or purple as it would later become. He looked very bizarre.)

@BipBippadotta Yeah, same guys... different velcro features, lol, but the same base anything muppets, yes. AKA: - Skinny Pointy-Headed green guy, Skinny Purple Guy, and Fat blue guy. I think Skinny Purple Guy is Roosevelt Franklin too, and fat blue guy is also the postman that is seen a time or two with Grover.
