Hardstyle, There is more melodie and different kind of bass which influence your awarness. Also it is slower.

Jumpstyle, The fucked up version of any style, and as I hate to admit, namely Hardstyle. It is even slower then hardstyle and it has a fucked up bass which is repeated over and over...

Terrorcore, Even more bass then Hardstyle, less melodie and faster.

Speedcore, Even faster and lots of weird noizes through it..

For me hardcore is musik with a noicy basskick. u know what i mean?:P Like Hardstyle got a much distinct basskick and not all that noicy sound :d And jumpstyle is somefucked up subgenre from hardstyle with a bouncy bass. ^^ and whatabout darkcore that you forgot..Uhm. well. Little melodie, big,loud&hard bass :) Tumbs up if im correct tumbs down if i fucked up :/ Well. :)

very true...Like I said elsewhere. Dj's like angerfist and the playa are good in what they do, but for me it ain't hardcore like it should be. Raw and kicking without to many stops and climaxes. I guess in a few years the hardstyle and mainstream hardcore are (probably) the same. Let's just hope that guys like ophidian will keep producing their music.

Ik hoop het ook. Die samensmelting komt er gegarandeerd aan helaas, maar dat maakt in principe ook niet zoveel uit. Ik luister nu ook al niet naar die mainstream. Alhoewel ik sommige dingen nog wel kan waarderen. Tha Playah bijvoorbeeld, die heeft toch wel een eigen stijl maar het is teveel hetzelfde concept. Hulde aan Ophidian, Enzyme X en Promo/Rude Awakening! =D
