This is just for information's sake - did the calculations on MyFitnessPal. Basically, calories = 166, fat = 13, carbs = 16 and the fiber was unclear, but I'm assuming it's close and I'm counting it as 3. Super yummy - you are a great inspiration for clean eating!
What's a good brand of peanut butter? Also, if I don't want to use peanut butter, what would be a good sub? I have a child with a peanut allergy and lilt to make alternatives for him.
