  • That Is An Exceptionally Well Done Fist Set (Hand Form)

Excellent Power, Focus, Crispness, Intent, Speed, Clarity of Movements & Purpose, Good Stance Work, Explosiveness, And Whole Body Commitment Behind Every Major Move, Fast Hands & Feet.

This Is Clearly Derived From "Southern Shaolin" (Nan Sil Lum). Can You Please Explain Exactly Which Form This Is Being Performed, Which Specific Art, Who The Performer Is, Who His Sifu Is...And Which 'Specific Lineage' We Are Seeing Here?

    Excellent.

  • Awesome form. Beautiful stances throughout the form. The opening does have somewhat of a Jow Ga flair in the opening. I have seen Jow Ga Small Tiger Form use a similiar opening salute. Great job on this form. Looking forward to seeing more.

  • thanks

  • Nice Job, looks similar in flavor to the Tang Fong branch.
