both parties were at fault, but the cop did definitely cross his boundaries in that he not only overreacted extremely (most likely had a bad day or just is biased and hates skateboarders), but also he was far too close to the skateboarder at all times and should have left when they were on the sidewalk (and not pushed the camera man). The Skateboarder was simply being disrespectful by not listening to the cop, which doesnt help the image of skateboarders themselves
