If you are using an intel chip or amd this effect is not likely to be an option there sre ways around this. Very hard to explain since I was only able to it twice with several hours of time invested. Linux doesn't like intel.. in the CFSM there is a distortion option from there it becomes complicated

good clip. have some of you people checked out the wow cheats pack on warcraftbotsXinfo (replace X with .) ? its awesome, i just downloaded it. its got completely everything in it, gold guides, bots, hacks, glitches as well as the newest arena glitch. i perhaps shouldnt tell people about this however at least this offers you all a reasonable opportunity to obtain it before i own you all

i was looking to change mine to a sphere. Square is boring. You can do this with compiz fusion compiz settings manager and an sudo apt-get upgrade

can anyone help me with how to enable the last feature in Compiz Fusion? the feature were you can flip an application over and write on its other side. I've been searching and searching and searching I just can't find this plugin. thanks so much in advance!

@contort69 go to system-preferences-compiz settings manager and disable desktop wall then scroll up to general settings to desktop size and change horizontal and vertical virtual size to four close and drag a window to another frame or alt-tab left mouse button....

@floridaboia thanks for your reply, I really appreciate you trying to help me out. Are You sure you are describe the effect that occurs at 1.47? I tried your suggestion but no look. I can't see to get an application to appear to merge with another application, and then be able to flip around the two applications which become merged as one.

Do you have a reference/link online that I could use to set this up?

Install Compiz/Beryl settings manager, and it's under 'Desktop Cube -> Transparent Cube'.

I can't believe how easy it was to set up ubuntu and the beryl desktop. I can do all this above in the video, so customizable it's ridiculous and doesn't take all the memory of vista. I will probably never go back to windows. Go to ubuntu forums if you have questions. Smash windows!

omg...i wish i could get my Kubuntu running with beryl but i kinda corrupted it when i tried to configure my graphics card. Never EVER use linux with an ATI card, the proprierty drivers are useless! I still prefer linux to anything though.

Wich program do you use for screencast?

I tryed with xvidcap, istanbul, recordmydesktop... but it's not fluid at all... about 6 or 7 FPS =(

(I've got AMD barthon Xp 2800+, nVidia Nforce 7600 gs (agp), 1024Mo ram)
