One, I'll first admit I'm not sure about this, but I don't believe that a magic trick can be copyrighted. Might be wrong. Two, not sure where you're from but in the US, implication of something is not grounds enough to file suit, proof is required. Third, who says this trick IS copyrighted? Finally, who says he doesn't hold said copyright?

i know how he did it, ,: you have six objects, : cards-spoon -bussinescard-knive-sold shaker-pear of cissers.

choose a number from 1 till 6, for example he says 5(f - i - v - e ) thats 4 letters, so he start to count from the paer of cissers

F( pear of cissers)

I( Sold)

V(Knive)

E(Bussinescard).. for exampel the spactator choses 1(thats O N E) 3 letters, so he start counting from the deck of cards so you have

O(deck of cards)

N(Spoon)

E(Bussinescard)

This trick is usually built into a larger effect. As a stand alone it is a bit heavy handed. That is what makes this a reveal. Thing about spelling out 'two' is that, done quickly, people don't notice that you didn't count.

OK, I don't know the trick, but here's a way to do it, looking at what he did.

Six objects. Six numbers.

1 - 3 letters

2 - 3 letters

3 - is three

4 - 4 letters

5 - four letters

6 - three letters.

The paper is folded. Get it?

OK. You just need to remember a few things. If the stooge (cough) member of the public says 1, 2, or 6, count the letters of the word. Show them the piece of paper, on which you have written 'biz card.'

If they say '3' use the number 3 to count.

Now the trick. You will have pre-prepared the paper so item 4 is written inside the folded bit. If they choose 4 or 5, count to four (f, i, v, e) and then open up the paper.
