  • @UnknowKBdude Thanks KBdude. :) You have some great videos too.

  • hey mikko its been a long time how is your training going?? its been over a year! glad to see you incorporate kettlebells in your work outs - its really great. hope you are doing well my friend , you are still looking great since I last looked at you over a year ago.

  • @jarrad888 Hey Jarrad! Thanks for writing! My training's going well, even though it's more all-round training now. Muay thai, kettlebells, floorball (famous here in scandinavia) and soccer. Me and two of my friends made a bet that before summertime we have to do a one arm pull-up, so I'm training a bit more chin-ups right now.

You're in Australian Defence Force!? That's awesome, man!!

By the way. Have you seen videos uploaded by marcusbondi? He's an australian chin-up master.

  • @housti Ah thats good I recently relinquished my Muay Thai class to a better teacher, he's been to Thailand and is top class coach ;) gives me a chance to do what I have wanted to do for a few years now, to train again. Last few years I have been concentrating on my grappling but I am missing the feeling of hitting the pads and the satisfaction in your fists. Now I will finally have the chance! I am so rusty. I get hit in the face all the time (lol ) its frustrating getting old skills back.

  • @housti and also I am discharged from the ADF, that is an old photo, that was 2 years ago :) it was around when we first talked on YT. I've now concentrated on my training and doing security for a nightclub in the casino in Perth. Im going to Europe in June and after that I'm applying for police :) I will check out marcusbondi! thanks :) talk soon!

  • @irgendwer009 Thanks. :) You're probably right about my technique. It could always be better. And I also hope that I'll get mentally stronger. Even when your body screams 'Stop', you still continue doing reps. :D

  • Very good! Which muscles are exerted the most from that movement ? Triceps and back ?!

  • @bartendaZzz Thanks!

I'm not sure, but in my opinion it's your lower back, stomach, shoulders and grip strength.
