Russia is to supply Iran with new S-300 air defence systems, Defence Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar said, a sign of growing military cooperation between Moscow and Tehran.

Najjar didn't say when or how many of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile defence systems would be shipped to Iran.

Earlier this year, Russia delivered 29 TOR-M1 air defence missile systems to Iran under a $US700 million ($809million) contract signed in December 2005.

First we went there to liberate Kuwait after Iraq invaded and occupied Kuwait. We did bomb them back towards Baghdad until they gave up on Kuwait.

The other bombings were in retaliation for the "bottle rockets" they kept shooting at us in Northern Iraq.

I say let Iran have the nuclear weapons, since we've allowed Israel to have them. We then, need to let them and Israel work out their own problems, while staying out of the affair. If Iran would, for whatever reason attack us, which I don't see them doing, then we deal with them. Catering to Israeli Special Interests have got to stop and that is what is endangering our nation. It's completely unnecessary.

Even if we did, we would never attack ANY country whatsoever (and we don't have a history of starting a war on another country), even if we consider their government our enemies. Actually we don't hate the American ppl, we have contradictory opinions about the American governmental system, and we do not accept it, thats it. You go your way, and we go ours.
