  • @wittysarah Thank you!

  • do you have a bufffalo chicken wings recipe? :D

  • @tonipet19 Yes, just search chicken wings on my channel. Thanks!

  • Your hairs look great.

And the recipe is awesome like every time! :-)

  • Thanks for the great video:) but is there any replacement of Worcestershire sauce?I couldn't find that one here in our markets.

  • @gunsmokevarkaus I don't think so. It's a pretty unique flavor. Look in the condiments section. It's pretty common. Overseas it's called Wurster or Worcster sauce

  • Fat, fat,fat!!!!!!

  • @ayengeliis

    Don't be so negative!

  • @ayengeliis I think you really mean tasty, tasty, tasty

  • Yummy, Yummy, Yummy.

    Thanks for the video :-)

  • @YTfancol You're welcome!

  • why you are not on food network?

  • @bastaki66 Maybe some day. :)

  • is the same as preparing chili's? or what is the diferens?

  • @errabros

Hello. Are you talking about Chili's restaurant?

  • Can i use normal milk instead of buttermilk?

  • @ZaneSiolo In a pinch...

  • You can make me a bowl of dip anytime, Jason.

  • Used your dip again! Still brilliant! One problem...I took it out of the fridge too early (maybe 30 minutes to 45 mins.) and it got very runny...still edible but not as thick. Do you think I can add Xanthum Gum or some other product to prevent that from happening. Many thanks in advance. Again wonderful recipes!

  • @MAL2BASIC Thanks! I would just stir in a bit more chicken soup or sour cream. I've never had that problem, so I'm not sure what happened there. Cheers, Jason

  • I love blue cheese

  • absolutely delicious thanks jason

  • That dip looks delicious, looks like it would go great with bufflalo wings!

  • Absolutely! Hope you like it. It's also great on salads or used as a veggie dip. Good on steaks as well!

  • chef is genial pero ahora en español o subtitulos in spanih please ok thanks

  • @casper020

    Mucho trabajo!

  • @AnimeNerd17

    Jason

  • I am in Finland and I can't find the buttermilk and sour cream this names are confusing in this language..help please

  • A real chef would never use an electric pepper mill.

  • @RPGcollector1980

Not in the professional kitchens because the volume of fresh cracked pepper needed would not be produced by this home hand held model. We always used coffee mills to grind our peppercorns right before service. I love this one for my home kitchen because it allows me to grind the pepper with just one hand, leaving my free hand to turn the item I am seasoning.

  • just out of curiosity is your version spicy like the others, because thats like the best part of it, prehaps it would get like that with hot sauce, please reply

  • @FinalFantasy64

I didn't add hot sauce to this dip. This is more traditional dip recipe for the buffalo wings. You can add hot sauce to your liking for a spicy version.

  • am in europe, dont know if i can find he worcestershire sauce(spelled right i hope) how can i please replace it? thanks for your vids eas to follow and y always look great:)

  • @sak87sak87

You may find it over there under the name "wurster sauce." Thanks for the nice comment! =]

  • @sak87sak87

Ofcourse you can find it in the supermarket. It is officially from the UK. I am in The Netherlands, and can buy it everywhere.

  • @jerricette

Thanks for helping me on this jerricette!

  • This looks very good! I am going to try it.

  • @jerricette

Cool! Hope you like it jerricette!

  • Is this like ranch?

  • No, blue cheese dressing.

  • Hey Theres A Thing Ice Been Wondering Is It Ok Too Improvise Your Tools Coz I Dont Have Some Of The Tools You Use And I Dont Want To Waste Money Buying The Tools When I Can Improvise...What Do You Think PLZ Comment Or Reply

  • You can always improvise. No need to buy new equipment if you have something else that will work. Cheers, Jason

  • cool ill try it

  • I recommend this to everyone. I now eat this with celery all the time!

  • Thanks! It's good on salad too!

  • you invent this?

  • No, it's just blue cheese dressing. But it's my version of it!

  • this shit's good on with bagels.

  • I'll have to try this. I am thinking onion bagels....

  • Yeah that's what I had it with, it' good.

  • woot! i like drank this stuff. XD

  • Glad you liked it! It's great on salads as well!

  • looks like almost every ingredient is white

  • this is a great recipe! i enjoyed it. thanks!

  • Cool! Thanks for posting may2395! =]

  • Thanks for the video

  • You're welcome.

  • I forgot to mention the soy sauce.

  • I use oregano, lemon juice and chopped pickles instead of the vinegar, worcesteshire sauce and salt. It tastes great with fish.

  • Sounds great! Thanks for sharing your tip! Jason

  • hey chef,

can you use regular milk instead of buttermilk? does it make a difference?

  • You can, but the buttermilk gives it a creamier sort of consistency. In a pinch, however, you can try the milk. But it won't taste the same. Hope this helps!

  • I'm attending Buffalo University this year, and last weekend I went over there to survey the college. Tried one of the local restaurants there, and tried blue cheese sauce! Before I hated blue cheese, now I love it! I am going to try this recipee asap.

  • Hope you like it! Blue cheese really grows on you after a few tries. One of the best is Point Reyes Blue Cheese here in California. take care! Jason

  • What's Buffalo Chicken Dip? anyway where can i buy the blue cheese!?

  • This is a basic blue cheese dip or salad dressing that tastes wonderful as a condiment with buffalo chicken wings!

  • Thank man, this turned out really yummy! I plan on making my blue cheese dressing from scratch!

  • Thanks for the comment. Glad you enjoyed it!

  • An electric pepper grinder?

    Genius!

    The recipe was great, too

  • The electric pepper grinder is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets! I wish I would have patented the darn thing! =]

  • Haha it looks really handy.

  • Wow. Sorry I missed this post. My email alert sometimes does not work. Sour cream is a cream that has lactic acid culture added to it to give it a tangy flavor. Buttermilk is milk that has bacteria added to it to give the milk a thick consistency. It also has a tangy flavor. Hope this helps. Thanks,

    Jason

  • man Im hungry ..I gotta get outta Here !

  • Ha. Thanks John!

  • wow that was some sweet pepper crusher sweet man

  • Cool thanks! Sorry my email alert did not alert me to your comment.

  • Looks nice and easy to me. I love bluecheese. Thank you

  • Hey thanks. Sorry, but my email alert did not alert me to your comment.

  • Wow Jason. That dip looks fantastic and easy to make too! I've never been a big fan of the store-bought variety but I might just give this a try.

    Thanks,

    Dustin

  • Thanks Dustin! The store bought stuff lacks in flavor in my opinion. Sorry I just got to this. My email alert did not go through.
