actually its faster to chuck a bomb and hit it. done right you dont even get hurt. (sword lunge not swipe). if you do it wrong its still faster than either.

I got confused on that bit too, what you have to do is close your DS and open it again, the crest with be embedded into the map.

Very impressive run, though I noticed that you tapped the item to use it. Is you're DS on the table, because I find it...milliseconds faster to just use L to use the item. Well, whatever works best for you. You beat this challenge and I didn't...yet, but it's always nice to share some helpful information right?

ur not suposed to finish the temple when u only have 10 min u need more. ur suposed to go to a gust island and kill a booss then ull get more sand...

You can't beat the entire temple in one run, if you don't have the proper tools, or depending what part you're at in the game...You eventually end up re-visiting the temple a few times later on anyways, so you'll be able to retrieve everything over time. And there are ways to get more sand for your hourglass.

Ok, look at this:

I have 25mins in my hourglass and wanna go from point X to Y. By using regular bombs I use 22secs, and obtain an Yellow Pot (30secs) at point Y, refilling my hourglass to 25mins.

Now, if I used the bombschus as they make me save more time, I only use 15 secs to get to point Y. I still get the pot and refill my hourglass to 25mins.

So why stress to with the bombchus when the other option still ends with maximum time?

This is just an illustration.

Another tip, you can you make you bomb detonate faster by hitting it, thus saving you more time to wait for it to detonate.

Peachisaboy, sorry to disapoint you, but this IS NOT A FKN SPEEDRUN!

This is simply a guide to finish the temple without using hourglass sand. Sure I agree that today I would have made som improvements that I later discovered.

After that use the boomerang to get the key without going in the hole. OF course some people desperately do so you can get in there and take the key. Get to the safe zone next to the stairs and bombchu the cracked wall. Boomerang the yellow pot. Hammer to lure all the phantoms on B3. Kill them all and get the key. Quickly go to the wooden sticks(?) and grapple them so you get on to the place that connects to B4. You should've gotten the yellow pot before getting in.

For the correct speed run use swordmans scroll thing, then get a bombchu and set it to the wall... then roll 3 times while running, run, roll 3 times then get to the key. Then use the sworman scroll thing(the orange spin attack) and hit the wall when it gets near the wall then use the key. Set a bombchu for the cracked wall and another for the switch. Do another for the other switch. Hammer to lure the phantom, big hammer to stun him... you can kill him in the safe zone. Out of character count

I ain't completing the temple in 0 secounds. By zero seconds, I mean not using a damn second of the hourglass. Of course I use time of it, but I pickup yellow pots, which refills my hourglass. If I have spent 30 seconds of it, and pickup a pot with 30 seconds, I have a full hourglass again.

You will understand this better when you play the game more.

after you get the fishing rod, you do a trading sidequest. It involves you getting all the sea charts. You got to go to the newest part of the sea chart and go on the traveler's ship and then just go to all of the others on the map. Then, the old man with the mermaid will give you the attack. You could just go on Gamespot to find the trading sidequest; that's how I got it.

To be honest, it wasn't hard. When I defeated the final boss and those cheasts pooft up each time I made it to the end, I did that sometimes to get new ship parts, and I tired to use minimum time reaching them. The 2-3th time I was wery close if my memory serves right, and around the 5th time I made it, so I decided to film this guide. Took me 3-4 tries I guess, tho.
