  • Another euro bust

  • he has the moves like Dirk.

  • the next dirk nowitzki,i guess.

  • @Pablo8ism .. You are shit! Shut your fucking mouth idiot!

  • @tadas1233 Pisk asile pirma ismok anglu tada rasyk ''Lithuania is da shit'' reiskia gera dalyka jei buciau sakes Lithuania is shit tai tada blogai.

  • he will never be next bargnani because he can pass the ball and bargnani not

  • @arnas0905 and hopefully he can rebound a lot better than bargnani too

  • this guy will be lucky to reach Bargnani's talent level.

  • @CanadianStreetBaller LOL funny joke

  • If you look closely he shoots set shots with his left.. but his shots from the post he shot from his right hand

  • Good luck .. just be yourself

  • damn i can't wait see this european big in rockets' uniform!!! WELCOME TO TEXAS DONATAS, LET'S GO FOR THE RING!!!!!!!!!

  • ROCKETS GOT THE STEAL OF THIS YEARS DRAFT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ROCKETS GOT THE STEAL OF THIS YEARSDRAFT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • he said his favorite player was luis scola! now scola's gonna mentor him with the rockets! Welcome to H-Town!

  • OOhhh damn he's gonna put houston back on the map. Look out Lakers, Look out Dallas because sooner or later Houston is coming back to town!!

  • Houston did very well in this draft... this guy looks legit, and Chandler Parsons has a complete game. People say he doesn't do anything great, well, he can hit 3's, pass better than most guards, attacks the glass for rebounds, and is unselfish. He's also more athletic than people think, watch a few of his dunks that can be found on youtube. The Wolves could have had Josh Smith for the number 2 pick. Kahn must have been huffing paint. However, the Wizards did quite well. Vesely is a stud.

  • he's a lefty tho

  • Welcome to Houston Donatas

  • Luis is his favorite NBA player, small world now they are team mates GO ROCKETS!

  • welcome to the rockets!

  • ...and he's a lefty too.

  • ... and he's a left too.

  • In Lithuania everybody shoots 3 points! ;D THUMBS UP!

  • kawhi leonard and donatas ARE COMING TO THE WIZARDS! WOOT!!

  • Damn, his hair doesn't look promising! He could need a comb...

I think he will be a great player in the NBA though, absolutely. He could average about 18 and 9 or something, maybe even better if he gets drafted by a really bad team.

  • BAHJAAHHAHAHA FAILZOR @ 1:22

  • Sixers!

  • Hes going to the Rockets case closed.

  • He's like Dirk cuz they are both white

  • ROCKETS will pick this guy!!!!

Hopefully he not gone by then

  • @pgestradasp1 I hope Morey snatches him up. He is the real deal. He has a very sweet touch from short to long range. He can take it to the basket and also can post up with some nifty moves. He has good hands, good lateral quickness, and good ballhandling skills. He's a very nifty passer and can rebound well in traffic- perfect for the NBA. Furthermore, he is a very good shot blocker which means he is not afraid to mix it up with the bigs down low. He might be an advanced young Dirk Nowitki.

  • Hopefully the pistons can draft this guy, an hopefully he will help break the curse of darko.

  • so i guess he does fit.

  • and he's a skinny, soft euro

  • @nauxolo

This video is from 2009. Now is 2011.

  • @nauxolo did you remember dirk when he first stepped on nba?

  • definitely does not fit into the warriors style of play.

  • Comment removed

  • Im so glad to see this video, I hope he'll become a good NBA player.

  • @ItsBball u must see how he is now /watch?v=IFqK-YXlsHs&feature=related

  • Looks like he'll be in the Garden next season

  • @vmstudio2001 He will be in Golden State buddy. He even talks like our bedrins lol

  • go to cleveland and follow in 2 time all star zydrunas ilgauskas's footsteps :)

  • even though its a long shot, him going to the knicks would be nice

  • i really hope 76ers get him they need a big man

  • Please Cleveland get this guy!!!!!

  • Typically a Warriors choice. Center. White. No Defense. Unequal.

  • no way to phillie with 16 pick he is top 10 prospect

  • Sixers need to make a move on him

  • Welcome to Phillie!

  • SUNS PLEASE TOO

  • Suns plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz !!!

  • PISTOOOONS!

  • Fuck the pistons, SUNS!

  • Pistons :)

  • u better be not a bust!

  • i wouldnt take him first overall but if he is there with our 2nd top 10 pick then i want him

  • He will replace Z perfectly. lets go cavs

  • @TheAllensmit Man. You would seriously take him with the potential first round pick?

  • @TheAllensmit lol cavs

  • 1:45 DeMarcus ?

  • 1:33 looks exactly like Nowitzki (without the hair)

  • Looks like baby Dirk too me.......76ers please

  • Really? Dirk? come on...

  • @bsk701119 Pau Gasol with a 3-point shot?

  • here is new highlight watch?v=IFqK-YXlsHs&feature=feedlik

  • To day Motiejunas was pronounced a biggest rising star of Eurocup. Congrats to him!

  • the next drik nowtizki

  • Damn, Demarcus Cousins messes him up at 1:42

  • most likely gonna be rockets 1st round pick this year

  • i think this guy was better than bargnani when he was coming into the draft he actually can post up and use someother moves tht bargnani couldnt the only reason why he is 7th is cuz of a strong draft class

  • @2221alex

Strong draft class? Are you kidding me? The 2011 draft is actually one of the weakest in a long time..

  • @TheEphixx yea i understand but its better than the 2006 draft for sure

  • @2221alex The 2006 draft at least had Roy, Gay, Rondo, Aldridge and Redick. Apart from J.J., these are all (future) All-Stars and the franchise players of their respective teams. I don't see much potential for that in this draft

  • @TheEphixx That was how 2009 was too... Everyone thought it was going to be a shitty draft class, aside from Griffin.... Look at B. Jennings, S. Curry, T. Evans, DeRozan....They're respective players, who have incredible potential. They've shown it for 2 years now.... So don't judge a draft untill AFTER the rookie year of their class.

  • shaq can literally eat this nigga!

  • Calling Bargnani a bust is stupid right now... never heard of a bust having a 41-point game and averaging 21.9 points for the season. Milicic continues to show steady improvement. IMO, Montiejunas has the tools to excel in the NBA, it's just a matter of being drafted by the right team.

  • paper with his name on it...lol

    its called a poster

  • Bargnani 2.0

  • Comment removed

  • No Good players ever from Europe? I'll list a few, Tony Parker, Dirk, Manu Ginobilli, Sabonis, Toni Kukoc, Pau and Marc Gasol, Vlade Divac, Kirilenko, Okur. Sure they're Lebron or Kobe, but they're solid-good players, mostly big man and dirk is one of the best PFs

  • @mikeyd1986

Good post, but Emanuel (Manu) is Argentinian.

  • was the demarcus cousins he bodied at the end lol

  • he is a star in the making. never seen a 7 footer ball handle like that... well maybe KG in his younger days.

  • he will not participate the 2010 draft he said 90-10 he wont which i think is good coz he is young only 19...

  • He's going to pull out of the draft most likely. Doesn't matter he is too small to be a defensive force for anyteam. He would be another Memo Okur at best. Big guy who can hit 3s.

  • goran dragic + one more foot

  • WOW. WORLD TEAM WON THAT GAME!

  • i could see him becoming like pau gasol...hes gotta get stronger and work on his defensive rebounding though...

  • He should go to the Rockets, so they can have the International Twin Towers :D

  • Way underrated! Even in this deep draft Motiejunas should be a top 6 or 7 pick. Most mock drafts have him lower but I think the decision makers for NBA teams know his true value.

  • @NBAdraftRoomcom Yes, but you also have to consider the needs of the other teams, it's not like he's a John Wall (disregarding the position) who anyone will pick regardless of the position they need. He will suit best with the Rockets though, at pick 11.. The Rockets badly need support for Yao Ming. They've never really had a good back up for him. That's if Yao Ming will play this season.

  • The next Pau Gasol

  • raptors please dont draft him

  • iggy stop crying bitch boy, this guy is the next Aleksandar Radojević lol

  • future blazers start power foward amazing

  • I hope the jazz look at this kid... he could really help us out

  • Ideal fit for Hornets at 11.

  • Future Memphis Grizzly, big man who can handle the ball as well as shoot from any where on the court. He would really open things up for Zach, Rudy, Mayo, and Conley.

  • rockets gonna get him, grizz should draft patrick patterson lol

  • @ladaleswrld He would be better in PHX

  • @ladaleswrld marc gasol is better

  • Obviously you don't know a single thing about Lithuanian players or to put it widely East European prospects. Sabonis at his age wasn't bigger than Motiejunas, as well as Ilgauskas looked so thin while being 18, but than they became tough centers. Motiejunas actually might end up as PF for NBA with his versatility, but he's already stronger than he is this video. I think you guys stuck with NCAA where players filling up while being the kinds.

  • don't be fooled this guy will not be like nowitzki, he's way to slow to be the kind of player nowitzki is, he's more like a Primoz Brezec with a shot

  • UR RETARDED GO SHOOT URSELF NIGA

  • @IggyBernotas oh did i hurt your feelings lol you mad lol ...this guy will be riding the bench in the NBA until his ass gets sent back to the euro league, he's playing in a league that lacks defense once he gets to the NBA and he starts facing real defense you'll soon see he's not cut out for the NBA....his post up game it screams soft ...remember Aleksandar Radojevic ? look him up haha this guy will be joining in the where are they now files real soon lol

  • this guy will be riding the bench in the NBA until his ass gets sent back to the euro league, he's playing in a league that lacks defense once he gets to the NBA and he starts facing real defense you'll soon see he's not cut out for the NBA....his post up game it screams soft ...remember Aleksandar Radojevic ? look him up haha this guy will be joining in the where are they now files real soon lol

  • @mikeyjames:,"he gets to the NBA and he starts facing real defense"

ahahahahahahah real defence ? you got to be kidding me ... If there's something that most NBA teams don´t have, that is defensive skills or technique ...

I'm a fan of NBA, but common, defense isn't that good ...

  • Correction : it's "NBA fan" instead of "fan of the NBA"

  • @TheHumanJumper dude this guy is the next Aleksandar Radojevic, darko, roko ukic lol....they all look good in Europe playing against slower players then they come to the nba and crumble like cheap cement , the difference between this guy and players like rasho who made a solid carreer is rasho learn to play inside, rebounding and a good mid range jumper, this guys post up game looks weak ass hell, you really think he'll be blowing by players like that in the nba lol get the fuck out of here

  • @mikeyjames yeah that post up was kinda garbage, i'm hoping he moves well enough and shoots well enough to maybe be a dirk

  • @mikeyjames lol you're an idiot. period.

kid doesn't play one game in nba and already prejudices. wowow.

canadians are as stupid as they are prejudicial faggots.

  • @zygis16 dude shut your ass up, look how many Europeans that has played on the rapters a Canadian nba team, fact is only a handful of these guys make it in the nba lot of guys come from to Europeto the nba and can't keep up with the faster more nba ready players from the ncaa, its a fucking fact your dumbass, remember darko he was the next big thing coming into the nba but he crumble alot of Euro players are soft and one thing you cant teach is toughness. now shut your faggot ass up bitch boy

  • @mikeyjames dirk is soft ? tony parker ? bargnani ? sabonis ? divac ? stojakovic ?kukoc ? smits ? pau ? rudy ? big z ?

  • cristiano9 yea there's some good ones but thats only a handful, a lot of them are soft and dont know how to play a lick of defense all they how to do is shoot 3s , you have 7 foot euros shooting 3 but don't know how to box out and grab rebounds, its useless having a center or pf that stays behind the line all game, winning starts with defense and a lot of these euro players don't know how to play inside they just park it behind the 3 point line while the other team out rebound there team.

  • @mikeyjames lol i got none of that, it's like reading a fucking handicap persons writing.

    get grammar dumbass.

  • @zygis16 stop crying bitch boy lol this guy is fucking trash euro trash at that hahahaha NBA is a real men not a bunch of sissy European girly men not shut the hell bitch boy lol

  • @mikeyjames again, you write like an illiterate. i don't understand what you're trying to say.

try again once your balls drop, kid.

  • @zygis16 dude your still crying hahaha typical euro trash sissy, stick to playing soccer and wearing tight clothes hahaha

  • @mikeyjames how am i crying? dumb shit canadians don't have any sport except hockey lol.. cock sucker toronto raptors can't play worth shit either, they're a basically a european team, i still don't know what you're trying to prove.

you're a fucking scrub buddy. lol..

  • @zygis16 dude your still crying...shut the fuck already and go away.... this guy is fucking garbage

  • @mikeyjames lol go watch your dad strangle your trash mom in the shower fatboy. hahahaha.

  • another soft European! i hope the raptors don't pick this guy, yes he's good shooter but he does not rebound for his size, we don't need another big man that does not rebound ......he can work on teams like the lakers,Boston or the cav's where he doesn't have to do much work inside but we don't need any more soft Europeans on this team that we have to baby sit like brags....

  • Haha! ORDER your Jersey now MikeyJames! Here is your future raptor

Slotted 11th raps at 13 its gonna happen! Catch the Fever!

  • watching this guy is like watching a next nowitzki... compare to bargnani, this guy can be a future allstar and he got that body movement like pro unlike bargnani's body movement... very stiff

  • I mean its crazy that 6'6 Chuck Hayes and 6'6 Jason Maxiell can play C, but they're both pretty thick. If you're strong and don't give up post position, with some talent and effort you can play the C position. Donatas would get eaten alive now, and probably 2-3 years from now too.

  • This kid can't play C in the Association - too thin. Maybe a stretch PF or even SF. Sacramento's got a SF that's 6'10, Detroit has 6'11 Austin Daye at SF. Look for these really thin, tall, lanky dudes like Donatas to start playing wing positions.

  • who did he say his favorite nba player was?

  • @lBlElN I think he said scola

  • the dunking ninja hehe

  • can't play defense? he'll suck in the nba just like bargnani

  • That's nothing, cause they played against team that is being trashed by 100 points (youngsters playing), but he had 18 points and 7 or 6 rebounds in close win by 2 points in the last game. So he's doing good lately.

  • 32 points

    21 rebounds

    were are the haters now???

dude will become a really good player!

  • @indianwhite Thry played agains Martos :D I bet that you or I would grab 10 or more rebs against them.

  • Nikoloz Tskitishvili

    Darko

    Robert Swift

    Shawn Bradley

    don't draft the white beanpoles

  • Milicic has been playing a lot better since he's been with Minnesota so I would probably tone down the hate

  • @ExtrinsicOne He can be a decent nba center, its more about the calibre of players he was drafted over.... wade, carmelo etc.

  • I think what you guys missing here it's his perfect penetration ability (thanks to perfect foot work) while being 213cm and his quickness. You're talking about his shot, but it's not his main weapon. This guy is really quick and can go any way he likes (despite he's lefty), can make lay up with any hand. I imagine him getting so many players into foul trouble, and he can surely nail his FT.

Sure, his defence is an issue, no doubt, but he's still one of the most interesting versitale prospects

  • Hmm, I like this guy. Since the bull just got a 1st rounder from the bobcats maybe we can get lucky again and pick him up. I like this guy's personality, you don't usually get international players with swag. He's like Dirk but with personality and better footwork (dirk was clumsy when he first came)

  • he'snot nearly as established offnsively as dirk. And he has yet to bang with anyone bigger than 250 and use his jump hook and fadeaway(which are his two only offensive moves). He doesn't rebound well but can become a good rebounder. His defense is just crap, I would rather have jameer nelson guard who he guards. This guy can turn into the next Darko.

  • You know how useful a fadeaway is??? Its one thing to have one if you're a big man with no range. But its another thing to have one when you're a spot on shooter with consistent 3 point range like this guy is. I can't believe you ignored the fact that this guy is an excellent jump shooter. Even if he never develops any big man play what so ever, he can still be effectively used as a roll playing shooter... instant offense. The fact that he has potential as a big man is just icing on the cake.

  • this guy has no outside shot, did you know that?

He shoots midrange jumpers well, but for some reason that's about it. I guess the most he will end up as is a skinny Okur

  • All You said is true. I'm Lith, I know much about him. His defense is crap, poor rebounder, absolutely non blocker. He can made a 3 pointer, but Duncan can do it too you know.. His shot is overrated at this moment. Course he looks to became into o good shooter, but he is not a sniper already. His character- he is not grey, he's like Ricky Davis. Far away from the same Darko at this moment, what he would do in the NBA, he has cheerleader's body.NBA fans, better keep your eyes on Jonas Valanciunas

  • Nice way to put it, I wonder what team will take this flop

  • Find it ironic that the mock drafts project the Pistons to get him :/

  • hahahahahhaa

well jeberko was actually pretty good. but the piston ould be dumb to get him, he can't rebound for shit/

  • this dude is ganna be good as fuck

to bad hes ganna go to a team that sucks

    but hes like another dirk

    xD

  • Dirk V2....he might be better cause he is young

  • hes gonna average 5 and 3

  • Serene, Stoudemire doesn't even play defense.

  • man idk bout him its like a couple of post before me amare would make a joke of him cuz i think there are a lot of guards that he can post ........im a kings fan .....he cant post tyreke at this point of his career lol it could go both ways tho if he gains like 25 pounds 15-20 being solid muscle then he will be a problem in the league ...in a good way but if he does he wont have a huge im pack but from what i see ........ he might score but idk bout his scoring cuz 19 isnt that great

  • @chip916916 He's def not gonna be a post guy anyway (at forst at least) I imagine he'll be a good shooter and maybe he can develop a shot off the dribble.

  • golden state warriors.

  • i was thinking the same thing

  • Rudy probably told him, dont stand next to the blacks in the shower, they will make you feel small

  • @krillin876 ;DD

  • I'd say his game is a mold between Gasol's and Dirk's...very versatile, could be NBA star in a making

  • agreed. good assumption.

  • He couldn't overpower Xavier Henry, which leads to me thinking that Amare Stoudemire will make a joke out of this kid. He needs to get stronger. I don't see that happening no time soon because Euro-born players never do. Is it their genes?

  • @Serene2012 stop your euro bashing bs -look at his age first -ofcourse he is long term project now and he's about 3 years away from being able to bang in NBA -but he'll gonna be good

  • i could easily say something racist.......but unlike you I'm not a complete idiot.........remember just because you're black..doesn't mean..you cant be racist.....asshole.

  • @G0D9 why do you put so many periods in your messages? You are a retard.

  • It is hard to determine whether he is a gift or buzz so far;

    Because International players always go to different way;

There future partly rely on how the team utilise their talent and skills.

Dirk , Manu,Nene ,Parker ,Pau , Yao etc...

Those players first year numbers are not very good in people eyes , but now they become a key players, and superstar level in the league

It can be some of the players said, hard work pays off -.-
