I live in Utah, and as you might know, extra large families are the norm. As a single adult, I don't mind paying my parts of infrastructure (including school funding), but I think it's fucking insane that I have to pay into my neighbor's 8 kids when it was their decision to over-burden the system.
Personally, I want a tax credits/funding to be based on the national ratio of taxed adults versus schooled children. Something like 1.5 kids, and the parents pay the rest.
David i think you hit the nail here. What you are doing is going to be done my many's. A bubble will be created and there nature is to burst.
