How did Dinobot go from being a full Predacon to being a all out Maximal and a hero by the time of his death.. All he did was change transformation code or w/e, why didn't Blackarcahnia just do the same? Dinobot didn't need re-programming to become the most kick-ass Maximal ever..

Dinobot was already a predicon from the start so all he had to do was change his activation code, whereas blackarachnia was a maximal protoform who was made a predicon. Thus she needs reprogramming (for some reason) XD

If I remember correctly, it's a river. And the Romans (Greeks maybe?) were told not to cross it or else a battle would start. When they crossed it there was no turning back, so it's a saying which means that there's, you guessed it, no turning back.
