While paper will do some damage, and paper with razorblades will do even more damage , it's definitely more than lethal at least as far as I can see.I just don't see the paper going into flesh after the razor blade, plus it's pretty light because more than half is paper. Definitely cool though, I never thought of it.Good for practice or making on the fly to hit someone in the face and save yourself?
