@Multijustsomedude sadly not you need to remove the motor to remove this pistol grip, if you are really worried about breaking the gun then go to a gun technician your local site may have one

Thanks my friend but I use polycarbon pistons also but no longer life time. Don be affraid to use metal teeth pistons (not full metal piston only their theeth) I am using like that with 100/200 Torque helical gears with High Speed motor with Lipo battert 400-420 FPS with 25 ROF.

But DO NOT fire without BB . Because the KA gear box is NOT Aliminyum . And now my gear box was broken. The resualt is ; THE KA Gear box is a standart gear box who wants to use with 350 FPS with 18 -22 ROF but is it not an expert player's gear box !

You have to change the piston and piston head with metal ones!! The gears are not so good also the spur gear is so weak for SP120 spring (high speed motor with lipo battery like 11,1-11,8 volt)

Firstaful my cylinder head was broken because of the ROF (24-28 ROF) Than the spur gear is off. I changed with reinforcement gear, pistoni piston head. no need to change cylinder. Also use sarbothone back of the cylinder head. you can use like this more effeciently.

@buluthanalkan Dude...dont use Metal Pistons....they put wear on the Gears, Motor, Bushings, lower FPS, eat up your Battery, they lower Rate Of Fire, and best of all: They cant flex, wich results in breakage of the SHell much earlier than with Polycarb Piston + Head.

I have got KA larue 9" also this AEG has the same gear box with the other m4 KA models. So, if you want to upgrade to 400-410 fps with high speed motor and with lipo battery, you have to change some internal parts in gear box. The spring guide is plastic and need to change with full metal spring guide like action spring guide.

@MishimaZero is it made by Cybergun? 99.99% of low end guns cannot be upgradeable since they are not based off of Tokyo Marui Measurements, since Tokyo marui was the company that invented the gearbox and most of the high-end companies followed in their lead. So no.

If i buy the king arms m4 vis or sr16e3, will they be able to withstand an 11.1v lipo for about a year?

Maybe KA it is not meant for Lipo. but i use Lipo for all my guns and no longer using King Arms internal. But i do own other brands which are KA competitor from Hong Kong which i am using Lipo and it still rocks till now, without any problem.

Exterior wise, KA is good...But interior wise, its kinda crap, as i own KA...Spring guide,piston,nozzle,piston head,motor is not that good...Slap in a Lipo and it will show all its weakness...

proprietors of a S & W M & P15 MOE, and I hereby attempt to get help, the question is this, my gun was hard to pull the

charging handle backwards in order to adjust the hop up I noticed that

the ornament plate is poorly placed once I make an effort to pull

broke the piece of plastic that is part of the charging handle that

pulls the ornament plate, my question is this I can not find market

where they sell these two pieces in order to fix ,so

I come to ask your help,thanks

How is 9000 rounds a torture test? Any gearbox should go for about 50000 rounds before needing any sort of maintenance.

@cncgeneral you're out of your mind, 9000 rounds fired continuously without breaks (except for mag changes) will almost definitely kill your gearbox, let alone 10 minutes for dry firing NON STOP (which is in itself bad for your gearbox)

King arms gearboxes are great, but there are just a few issues here and there. The spring guide is crap on some reviews, but in the video is seems to be ok. Gears are actually nice, I'd expect the piston to die before the gears would, dont know why this happened

@cncgeneral 9000 rounds in one go, without letting go of the trigger...

No one would ever do that in a real skirmish, so it's a pretty good torture test... They're not saying it will need maintenance after 9000 rounds, they're saying that it can fire 9000 rounds in one trigger pull with no damage.

It would take me at least three entire days to fire that many rounds, if not longer, so doing it in the space of 20 minutes or whatever is pretty torturous for a gearbox...

Piston and Tappet Plate are very good. Gear Set ist not that awesome. ICS Standart Gear Set shows no Damage at all after 20.000 rounds with M130 Spring. KA Shell breaks too fast with harde spring than M120. Outer M4 Quality is great.
