There was never a country called syria before 1920 with a centralized government dumass Syria was always a province and it was more a geographical location that included palestine jordan syria lebanon and parts of iraq and turkey too....if you are contesting lebanon's eligibility to exist as a country all these countries wouldn't exist either including syria. Lebanon existed as mount lebanon when syria was merely a province in turkey without even a government but turkey's appointed governor...
we always had government and governors appointed especially for us as mount lebanon, i don't deny that france cut some little areas from syria and attached it to lebanon but these cities were historically part of phoenicia and we had a good claim to them.....same as attaching iskandaron to turkey and some other areas too....

There was never a country called syria before 1920 with a centralized government dumass Syria was always a province and it was more a geographical location that included palestine jordan syria lebanon and parts of iraq and turkey too....if you are contesting lebanon's eligibility to exist as a country all these countries wouldn't exist either including syria. Lebanon existed as mount lebanon when syria was merely a province in turkey without even a government but turkey's appointed governor...

Wrong. Persian culture was very developed in all fields of knowledge before the islamic expansion took place and it stopped the learning. The muslim persians didn't do anything, they just wrote it on books. Most persian scientists were zoroasterists(persia's original religion).
Indians were the first one to use the "zero" concept and look at ancient Indian culture for real civilization.
