it is the anthem of germany...

the text is the 3rd verse of the "Song of Germany" (the whole text is forbidden because of Nazi misusage) and the melody is based on Joseph Haydn's "Gott erhalte Franz, den Kaiser".

All they did is playing it much faster with an offbeat rhythm to create a Humppa feeling...
