  • Thank's for putting this up, I start Trucking School in the Spring, and I'll remember what you guy's have said. God Bless.

  • He Likes Trucks

  • Man I really want to chill with Larry. He's awesome! :D

  • @lifeasatrucker Have you met a college-educated trucker on the road?

  • Larry is A.N. Webber's 2011 Driver of the Year. Yay for him!! :D

  • @left4stupidbyfaith lol, not surprised. Thanks for letting us know!

    Congratulations Larry!

  • Larry is good people, haha...

  • have u ever drop off stuff in a small town and how was it?

  • @detroitsbest Well, personally I like hitting those little towns. It's interesting to see what's there. The franchises and mom and pops. I also like seeing how much development is going on and asking the locals what do people do when I get a chance to talk to them. So to me it's an adventure.

Also it's interesting to experience the difference (and sometimes similarities) in people from the larger cities and small towns.

  • thanks for the interview. I appreciate Larry's honesty and good to see a good hearted person.

  • glad I found this video, gotta love the truck and the road.

  • with having no kids at home makes it the easiest.

Larry is obviously a man with no financial stress and enjoys what he's doing.

You can really tell when a Man is happy.

See you on the road Larry.

  • I just started driving locally hauling hazmat, mostly sulfur, but sometimes lime. anywhere from 250 a day to 400. I like driving, but its a constant ratrace with sulfur - if you arnt waiting on them. Thinking about going otr or regional, we'll see. I like your videos and look forward to them.

  • can you blast music while driving the truck?

  • Thanks for all the info. It's good to hear it from a positive and experienced driver.

  • 22 yrs OTR Now that's a hard worker.

  • Larry is a good guy, I like Larry God bless him.

  • @SubconsciousRX Larry is def a real cool dude man. he was ready to go when I started interviewing and he stayed forever to do this.

  • haha great interview i think his flight attendant is a man tho lol

  • @brightful5 u wrong for that

  • This driver is right. I knew what to expect when I first started driving. My health is the first priority and the most important. All I want out of this is have a blessed career, a safe record, and a bright future.

  • im 18 and im going to get a loan to pay for trucking school in a few weeks. I plan on driving asap, anybody have advice? i plan on trucking during night and college during day, i want to start local...

  • @BIILYBOB999 hey, I wish you the best of luck in your trucking career and in college. My advice is to just drive smart and safe, keep your logbooks up to date, keep your truck/trailer inspected after a trip and before one. keep a safe distance and no tail-gaiting. And maintain good health. Best of luck to you. God speed.

  • @haynes1776 thank you for the great advice, i really apprieciate it! I'll be starting training next summer, apparently i need to be 21 to drive out of state and i'm only 18 turning 19 december... so I guess i'm just gonna hold ff the training for a while...

  • @BIILYBOB999 Hey, all in due time. its good that you are going to college as well. When i went to trucking school(roadmaster) in Jacksonville, I had a hard time learning to operate a 18-wheeler. it was all new to me. I had to drop the first two classes because of tution problems and work. The 3rd class i made it. It took 3 classes and 10 months of frustration to acomplish the impossible: gradulating and getting my certification from Roadmaster: October 2004. I thank myself that I did not quit

  • @haynes1776 Big ups to you for not quitting haynes.

  • @lifeasatrucker thank you. Keep on trucking.

  • @haynes1776 haynes you gave a lot of support and advice, thanks man

  • cool!!! Yeah im so anxious .... those i heard were pretty good but i heard werner will screw people over..

  • A trucker goes into a whorehouse and hands the Madam five hundred dollars. He says, "I want your ugliest woman and a bologna sandwich." The Madam says, "For that kind of money, you could have one of my finest girls and surf and turf." The trucker says, "I'm not horny, I'm homesick."

  • @rtruss40 Thats good but being a Trucker I don't know if I should laugh or get teed, I guess ill laugh!

  • @mobilechief its just how you look at it. The rewards are getting home safe, not just a paycheck

  • @rtruss40 god one

  • That was a very good interview.

  • Nice talk. Nothin' fancy, no nonsense. Just real stuff. "The whole 9 yards!" I love it!

A.N.Webber owes you a couple of bucks for this, you might wanna cash in there.

  • @tourneroue lol, tell them to hit me off with a little something something.

  • great vid bro good info thanks

  • k ive thought about trucking and i wanna know how you clean yourself? damn

  • how do you clean yourself? i'll tell you. 1st you take naked trucker showers with portable fertilizer sprayers, the cheap ones from Wals mart. 2nd take some babywipes, and 3rd take a shit bucket and piss bottles. make sure you wipe your ass every am with baby wipes and your balls. TAKE those steps once a week and you'll be the cleanest driver out there. I KNOW I AM!!! and i'm a flatbedder! FUCKIN RENEGADE WRANGLER!!!
