Honestly I think there probably was some sort of scandal with Megumi and they fired her. Just like Kanna, they covered it up. Whenever they don't give them a graduation ceremony, there's something suspicious going on. But to save face, they cover it up and say they quit for one reason or another. And that way, if the kids want to go to another agency they can...however the likelyhood of that after the girls disregarded the contract is unlikely.

Megumi had a boyfriend,which is not allowed in UFA. Paparazzi took pictures of her and this guy under an umbrella,and it got published. Kanna also got caught in June/July 2008. But she was still in the group. Rumor was that she left because of some unpublished pics that UFA saw and that bunions possibly just could have a been a cover up for the boyfriend.

Three: Megumi has not been and will not be replaced. They're currently going on without her.
