Well the Mayo clinic is one of, if not the best, hospitals in the nation.

Talking did help a little, lets me know I'm not alone but I also need to take the medication which has helped incredibly much and I am now able to live my life fully.

I have seen about 20-30 Psychologists over the years and none of them ever did any of these things. All they ever did was let me talk away an hours time
