Most of this is pretty well explainable by prosaic means. Some in fact are pretty obviously overexposures, space junk, internal reflections and lens flares.

The most interesting thing in this vid over all though isn't the "UFO'", rather it is the so-called " tower of babylon" on the Far Side. I'd be interested in finding out more about that.
