The reason you're getting undefined is because you typed in document.cookies

there's no s, and JavaScript is sensitive on that it's:

document.cookie

besides it's not normal for the site you visit which lets you enter some information to upload on their site without any cookies

this will not work with all sites.

Only sites that leave their payment button unencrypted.

Remember that if you do this it is illegal.
