it depends on which you click on.. They'll say if it's in the box and will be cheaper if they have no box :) I received mine w/out box as well, but most do come with boxes and will indicate so

Generally speaking, if the company you're ordering from has something (an office, a store, a dedication on a park bench) in the state that you are in, they have to pay state sales taxes, therefore you have to pay state sales taxes. OH I have that same kit and LOVE it. Expresso is one of my favorite eye liners. I purchased the little mini brush's that were sold to fit in my little case. I still use it everyday. Gina just as an FYI when you use that eyeliner after you dab it on your brush I close the lid on mine right away so it does not dry out and mine last for ever. lot of people complain about it drying out but if you cap it up it won't PS are you wearing My Private Jet by OPI?
