  • Great to see some clips of these guys out there. Dan and I played in a band together in Hattiesburg (Dan on drums, I played guitar) called FIT. Tony joined us onstage many times also. Great guys incredible musicians. This made me beak out some old tapes, remember those things?

  • I love King Konga! Best band, ever. Now I've just got to find someone who has their cds so I can buy them again, cause mine are worn out. I have "Something Good" and "Halo" on one of my computers, but "Monkey See, Monkey Groove" was saved under some weird format and can't play it anymore. :-(

Of course, still have all three signed cd covers and my drumstick Skeeto gave me.

  • Pause at 2:54 and that is my band director...

  • I love king konga there seriously probably my favorite band. I was wondering, does anybody have chords for any of their songs? I tried to tab out the first one here, Something Good, on ultimate guitar. I would love to see chords for "I know" or "made for two" , but really any of their songs I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

  • I got a king konga cd some years ago and fell in love with this band... love almost every song on the cd. Just sitting here looking for some good and different stuff to look for ...thought of these guys and here they are... this is great.... hope to see or hear more from them soon ...are they doing anything new... my first smile of the day...

  • One of the best undiscovered bands ever! Dan, Steve, Tony and Skeeto are unmatched. I fell blessed to be one of the few who got to share the stage with them back in the day. I wish they were still playing together.
