police are very repressive when it comes to football everywhere. In south america there was a lot of crowd violence so the police restricted many things however, fans still managed to find ways to support their teams. I think it the rebellious element of supporters that organise themselves enables them to put on good shows like this one.
when 15,000 people don't feel like sitting down, i'm sure the stewards will stop bothering because that would mean that they need at least 10,000 of them to tell everyone else to sit down. Most supporters that put on displays like this have to coordinate their actions with the police during the week so that everything is permitted. With organisation and great numbers, fan bases such as this one can be achieved anywhere. keep trying, supporting your football club is the greatest joy.

Quelle musique est utilisé dans la video? Je sais que c'est une composition très populaire, mais je ne rapelle pas le titre.
What is the title of the music playing in the video? I know it's a very popular composition, but I forgot the title. ?

They also don't know what they are missing out on as many are extremely narrow minded in thinking English support is the best in the world etc...

the thing English fans lack is a sense of unity inside the stadium.
