The abbreviation is used by rivals in chants, some use it while calling us glory hunters that are mostly asian, so in a way it's a method of proving yourself not to be a glory supporter, because only a true supporter would know this. Another reason is that some dicks use "manu" in Munich based taunts, mostly City/Liverpool supporters.
