Their are two seasons at Fort Drum. winter, and the first two days of August. I remember the snow drifts getting so high, we used to take our windows out of the second floor barracks and did "artistic diving" into the snow. Great times, horrible place. I'm kinda bitter.

I just got back from there and had so much fun up there! I loved the snow.. it's beautiful! But I had to see off my boyfriend to Afghanistan so it wasn't all pleasure while I was there.. but thank God he's got some awesome friends. I love the guys at Drum!

We used to live right near Fort Drum, our house would shake when they were doing their bombing, I remember all the snow, thats why I moved to NC !!!!!
We used to do crazy stuff like that when I was growin up.One New Year's Eve my sister dared me to sit in the snowbank in my swim suit for 5 minutes. I sat there for 10. I grew up about an hour south of Drum, so I know what the snow is really like, lol.
