@TechProdigy7 first check out my video showing off the theme on my channel i,m waiting on approval from Cydia but you can still get it at CODETHEMEDdotCOM just type in my username in the search box and it should pop up my username is prep912 the theme is for my iPhone 3g also so if it doesn't work for your iPhone 4 i will remake it for the iPhone 4 if you like the theme oh and if you go to the website don't forget to like my theme and comment on it and my video on here thanks
@TechProdigy7 oh yeah codethemed also have a app in the cydia store for only 99 cents that will let you transfer themes to you iPhone wirelessly and now it lets you make themes right from your iDevice so check it out

@jvin896322 Enable 'User Wallpaper' and 'User Lockscreen' in Winterboard and drag them to the top of the list ;) Lemme know if that works for you.
