wta is the use of a skill like a sword with a green background? i cant use it...and also if i use sword type , can i use some skill like magic?

A sword with a green background means its special (has a lot of bonus).
If you can't use it, that means that either your class cannot equip that weapon or it's a higher rank (Rank 1 to 4).
Your can use magic depending on your skill tree. Elemental magic skills can only be used on Somas I believe...
There's an english version out you know, it's a translated version from someone. Go google it!
