Love it! Love it! Love it! You are awesome!! I can play the "air" guitar all day, but I've always wanted to learn to really play! I would ask for you to teach me, but that may not be feasible, so if you know or can recommend someone near me, that would be great!!! I live in South Georgia. My e-mail is pclady06@yahoo.com. I would appreciate it very much! Thank You!
the last two notes during the F# pentatonic minor should be high to low pull off's ...from high to low on all the palm muting parts until the low to high notes on the G string...just FYI
oh and the videos on lick library for Zakk Wylde and Alexi Laiho are completely wrong i've jammed backstage with those guys and played some of those same songs and he is so far from being spot on it makes me laugh cause he just imbarassing himself. me i play because i love music and getting to jam with my heros was awesome but andy aledort is as close as you'll come to learning how to really play the songs like the artist cause he learns those songs from them mostly. some stuff is wrong though
just so you know that andy aledort the guy in the video is playing this 100% like randy for the sheer fact that he's reading what he is playing from the actual music that was written by randy for the song. you see randy wrote down his music like a real artist he transposed music how do i know cause i've one met the guy in this video and two that dude from lick library is good but he's not exact trust me ive seen and jammed with just about everyone he has done videos for and he ain't even close.
I hate when somebody shows you how to play something and it's all wrong. This guy sucks, and he is playing the notes mostly wrong. The guys at Lick Library do a killer job at learning guitar parts as close as you are going to find, and although they do charge, there are a bunch of freebies posted on Youtube. If you want to see how Randy really played Flying High solo, check out this video. youtube.com/watch?v=5q5RaoNauzU
@randyosbourne randy does a double tap. it just takes of alot of practice. when randy does it, its so perfect and articulated, you can barely hear it. he also double taps on the solo for crazy train
i smoke crack and sniff paint but i'm gonna learn this song despite my brain damage

how to play flying high again by randy rhoads (w/ ozzy osbourne) would be a better headline

Is it weird if I play that one part like this:
E
B 4 3 4 3 1
G 3 2 3 2 0
I find that keeps my hands near the other notes so I don't have to go all over the guitar to play these simple licks.
