police look at all citizens as untrustworthy until they ided you, if thats not paranoid, open carry create a constitutional militiaman to start making citizens arrests of senators congressmen and police,who violate constitutional rights we will see cops drop like flies they do not care about you're rights,control ,command,disarm,arrest thats all they care about they do not want open carry it threatens there job security and control

The officer wasn't there for no reason. There could be several reasons why that man is being stopped. One, the officer might know the guy from prior contacts. Two, the officer is responding to a call about the guy. Three, the officer observed the man violate some sort of law. But I wonder why the video stopped when the filmmaker asked for a minute of his time?

I bet he rode his bicycle on the sidewalk without a bell or horn. In Calgary this means a mandatory court appearance.
