Hey, do you guys think you can add a written recipe, I couldn't really hear the last part. (Do something every 3 days) Where do you buy rennet? I really loved the video thank you, I have a friend in love with Gouda cheese and I want to make her some in time for Christmas. :)

@syndgr834 Nope in the old days lemon juice was the ORIGINAL way to curdal the milk for cheese. My grandmother uses both vinegar and lemon juice but she prefers lemon juice

U cant make "Gouda" cheese you can make cheese but never "Gouda" unlesh you live in the Netherlands and make it in "Gouda" its a city not a name of dish.
