@ainhoaa22 Thanks! The Yamaha allows me to split the keyboard into different sounds and also to lay multiple sounds ontop of each other. It was a very well planed video :)

ur a really good faker. u play the intro but then i goes to a recording. i tested this on my piano. i put mu hands where u put urs and it does not sound the same. trust me i can play piano!!!
perhaps you could listen to this version and then listen to the actual penguin cafe orchestra one. there are so many tiny differences that he couldnt possibly by doing a recording.
@darthslaxes lol what are you on crack or something. He is obviously playing th song using multiple sounds on his synthesizer its really not a hard piece to play so i dont see why it would require faking to sound good.
@darthslaxes euhhh.... i dont know if you're retarded but that is how you play it ... so what if he recorded it , it means that he wanted to cover the cello and the strings part , and he got it right , so better look at the situation in the artist's eyes before talking
hey! you're really really amazing, and it sounds amazing.
one thing though, is that the song is in 15/8, and it sounds (to me) like you're playing it in 8/8. (Don't get me wrong, I couldn't do it at all!) but just a little note!
@cathhh101 omg you're right, as I'm listening to the original, it IS in 15/8...thats nuts!! I LOVE weird meters :D Well now I'll be aware as I attempt this on the piano myself lol
Does anyone know where you can find the sheet music for this?? I've tried looking everywhere that I can think of and have had no luck. I'm not talented enough to play it by ear :)
I also noticed that playing the fifths the second time through in bass is slightly different (to my ear). It's AC, FC, DA, FC, CG (with the first being the lower note)
What you have as the melody and the bass sounds right to me, but there must be some sort of weird thing in the original recordings that causes that G (for me) to sound lower. maybe it's the unusual rhythm + my unnecessary assumption that every bass like that should follow the "heart and soul" pattern? heh.
just search in google:

Not bad, there's a bass part during the chord change section in the middle I think that's being played by the Cello. Listen for it...
The intro section I think is actually 2 hands. I'm in the process of notating it now, the beginning 2 bars goes like this...
Right Hand: G-F-E -E-E-D-D-G-G-F-E------
Left Hand: C-D-G(lower octave)-C-C-G-G-B-B-A-B-C-B

@Lindahl you apparently suck at the piano, because they're playing the right song.

As far as I know it doesn't exist but its very easy.
Melody: C-E-C-G-C-A-C2-C-E-C-G-C-D-C-B
Bas: A - F - D G - C
Remember to switch the bas on the second note E not on the first C.
