I think the appropriate transliteration for your number 3 is simply an apostrophe: e.g., "We laken 'ala el 'omoom." If I'm correct, it's a glottal stop.

Not really sure about this, but most transliterations use "dt" to represent what you use 7 for.

Now 2? I have no bloody idea.

They say "With persistence" rather than "We are men!" I don't get it though because it could've worked. "Bil israaaaaaaaar!" or "Ne7na rgaaaaaaaaaal!" Think about it, it works. Even the parts where the characters are talking. They say TOTALLY different things except for Mulan herself.
