@jimpster2007 I agree with you! You took the words right outta my mouth. They're great, because they are original no matter the genre they decide to dabble in.
@ScienceProjek ...'techno'? this is still pop music, mate. the edges have that distinct new wave tinge, but listen to that chorus, those guitars. pop. it's still miles away from 'techno'...
@liquidstone14 "Techno" is sarcasm, mate. The songs on this album are far more bubblegum/dance than the last two albums. If you can't hear that then I don't know what to tell you.
@ScienceProjek of course they are more 'dancey'. and i think it works. and, quite honestly, i think that gradually ditching the generic FM-rock production from Falling Uphill was a great move for the band! more synths, less distorsion, drum lines that seem lifted straight out of depeche mode's best... and oh, man... the album version of 'Believer' sounds like it could turn into 'edge of seventeen' at any moment. it's short, sweet and truly infectious.
this is my favourite song by Lilix! , it was really fun meetig you guys lastnight and opening up for you!

@ScienceProjek "Techno" is more like Daft Punk. This is Lillix. You can still hear the guitars.
