@aznxCOOLxguy actually,the lyrics is about the boy needs to leave the girl and go oversea for studies.Thus,they could only be together once or twice a year when the boy came back,after years of waiting, the loneliness finally made the girl give up,she can't no longer take a boyfriend who cannot always be with her,so they break up.The boy who sings the song was recalling that, saying their love was just like summer storm( in Taiwan it's called "Typhoon"), which comes violently and gone quickly.

@germing but he didn't actually write " typhoon" into lyrics, the word "颳風" means the wind is blowing, not typhoon. (The translation is wrong here.) however, typhoon is very common in summer in Taiwan, and the scene he played cello is a typically afternoon of typhoon.
