Anyway I believe that ALL perpetrators of war crimes should be accounted for; this means Israel AND Hamas. Palestinian women and children in Gaza have their human rights violated on a permanent basis.
Perpetrators oh war? how about stealing other peoples's land in 1948. And in this recent carnage, they didnt respect the ceasefire's requirements and then to put the icing on the cake they break it by kill 6 militants in nov 4th.
I think the only way to resolve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict is a one state solution where they have to learn to live together. Why don't Palestinians tell their girls and boys to seduce the Jews? Marry them and convert them to Islam. I think it would be more efficient than what they are doing now.

The US bombing of Serbia lasted only weeks. The israeli-palestinian conflict has been going on for 60 years... in 60 years, such mistakes do accumulate. A more accurate analogy would be combining ALL mistakes US made from Korea to Iraq and comparing it to Israel. I doubt that US or India or Russian military will any different. War is unpredictable and mistakes happen.

I have been an orthopedist for 15 years now, working in a crisis region where we often have injuries, but neither I nor my colleagues have ever seen such horrific wounds as those caused by cluster bombs.... They are wounds that lead to disabilities to a great extent. The limbs are so crushed that the only remaining option is amputation.

It's awful, awful.... Most people are victims of the time-activated cluster bombs that explode sometime after they fall.... People think it's safe, and then they get hurt.... There are villages here where large portions of the area cannot be accessed because of a large number of unexploded cluster bombs.... Even when all of this is over, it will be a big problem because no one knows the exact number of unexploded bombs

Hamas uses schools UN faculties, hospitals and Mosques to house terrorist operations. Hamas has no problem in using human shields to carry out their terrorism. If those structures are used for terrorism then blame Hamas, not Israel.

I don't think the Israelis intended to harm civilians, but there has been criminal negligence on their behalf. I also don't believe Hamas had a cynical strategy of using their own civilians as human shields, but rather reacted with panic and abandoned their own moral standards. The discussion must change course if we are to move forward: Both sides are arguing over each other's head, trying to convince the world to be on their side, rather than engaging each other and working out a solution.

Very few radical ultra-orthodox Jews oppose Israel. The vast majority of religious Jews support Israel. There are 3 religious parties in the Knesset, holding 19 sits between them and there are more religious KMs in other parties. Most religious Jews in Israel identify with the right movement. It's secular Zionist movements like Labour, Kadima and Meretz who support a territorial compromise and a two states solution. I suggest you stop getting your news from YouTube.

But In the religion of Judaism it is forbidden for the jews to have their own state. And all true jews knows this. Some of them deny this because they dont want to hear the truth because it hurts. I would assume The Young Turks might have been sent this information but it appears (yet again) that the initial reports of a "massacre" by the Israelis appears to be grossly over exagerated. The UN has (as of February 1st) admitted that no shells had hit the UN school and no one inside the school was killed. It appears yet again news agencies are stupid enough to listen to Hamas and take what Hamas says as an accurate account... (and sadly the UN went along with it)

50 UN facilities in Gaza were bombed and all of those facilities were well known by the IDF and Israeli Governmnet. 240 UN sponsered schools were also destroyed by IDF bombs.
