It's a joke that they make in Saien too. They say 'ryoka ka?' then Inoue says 'Okaka?' (=onigiri ingredient) Then they say (totally random) 'Sou, sou, sou! (Right, right, right!) Onigiri open!' and then 'Mother?' As if their mother is in the onigiri XD So random, but so funny XD And then they say: 'Impossible reunion!' as to show how random this is XD

onigiri is a type of rice balls i think in japan. ichigo is known as a ryoka because he invaded the soul society. in the first musical. orihime misunderstood and heard okaka, something that goes on top of an onigiri. so the taiin just go along and make jokes about it and orihime believes them.
