Are all the tiers real cake? Do you move it assembled to the event? I am just getting into making wedding cakes...I have only made 3-tier heights so far. And, also, your sugarpaste flowers....how do you attach them? I use spaghetti sticks and icing to stick/glue them in place? Do you make your flowers with wire stems? PS Love love love your cakes!

I never like cascading flowers until I saw a couple of your cakes with them. I love way you have a draping movement that allows the eye someplace to fall. Beautiful work as always. :)

Thanks! We use a camera from Canon - don't have it in front of me so I don't know the model. And we use Pinnacle Studio for editing
