The bike has morphed since the video- I canned the trailer and mounted the battery boxed low on the side of the trailer hitch just behind the axle. Tthis season I hope to buy a cruiser type bike with forward mounted pedals, for comfort, and I will mount the batteries in the frame area between the pedals and the knees. The fatter tires and comfortable seating position will be nice and weight distribution will be better on front and rear. ...lol....no offense taken Adam.
that's really awesome man! not trying to sound like a jerk, but if you lost some weight it might be more efficient, but in the end it's your choice. All in all nice bike!
Nice, but why did you pay $400 for the kit? I paid #295 for my hub, controller, and el cheapo SLA bank. If you really wanted to have some fun and not look so geeky i would probably build a Fairing for the trailer and or compleately get rid of the trailer by hacking the bicycle frame so its lower to the ground tires are more far away and the bank is built into the frame. one idea since you allready have a trailer is to look into a small generator/ solar cell setup, a gasoline generator if you can
jesus christ! You will do ANYTHING to keep from having to exhert yourself, wont you?

Bikes are amazing for staying fit, absolutely no hate intended, but pedaling around will do you a world of good.
