Just in case you don't want to do your boil method for the chicken, you can proceed with dipping the raw chicken in the batter, fry as you did until brown and then place chicken pieces on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. I do this with southern friend chicken because it will burn before it gets done, same for pork chops and they don't dry out because they were fried too long. A hot wing sauce( hot sauce butter, dash worsauce)would be awesome to dip these in. Bon Appetite'
