Most are from the old series but a few from new like when cas woke up dean and kissed him, also cas shouting "run" I think hes doing a sammy! hes trapped inside his mind while the evils taken over but hes managing to break through once in a while to help them like sammy did with luci when he trough himself in the pitt. Thats my guess anyway
