THis game seems interestring. Until someone wrote an article about console music creation games I didn't knew about that one. I knew of course about Mario Paint, then Music 2000, 3000, MTV Music Generator and then Ejay Clubworld, but it's really the first time I see this one. In what year was it released?
for the time thir was nothing like it so it was amazing i couldent leave the game alone

It was very famous at the time of its release. I guess time has not treated it well.

yeah, after posting this I discovered it was never released outside Europe too though, so this might not have helped.

Actually it was releasd in japan, but under the name 'Depth'.
Vib Ribbon is another game not released in the US you might want to try.
