I say Mark Donnelly is first, Joseph Kaiser second, and Maria Aragon are my top 3 O'Canada singers for a NHL game. If she hasn't been to a NHL match for anthem signing she should do it. Like the Queen, they, as part of the royal family and heir to the thrown, are Heads of State, of Canada, and are not expected to sing either England's or our national anthem. It is not proper protocol. These songs are about the country they are the official head of . . . so it would be like clapping for yourself rather than respectfully receiving an accolade . . .

She has total control over her voice (and what a voice), performs outstanding in whatever genre, and always adds her personality and loads of passion into the songs. On top of that, her talk on stage is fun, interesting and intelligent.
