  • estos grandes DJ's tan geniales!!!!!!

  • Ima, Trance before the Roland JP8000 changed it all, for better and worse. Ima is probably to me one of BT's best sounding albums he has done. Everything is mixed and mastered amazingly, but the musical content is there and is strong. One solid album!

  • sickest stuff ever!!

  • The best part begins at 5:59

  • def progressive trance. the use of filters and moderate bpm clearly sweeps away the agressiveness in normal trance.

  • in my opinion "Ima" is the best album from BT

  • Brian Transeau always has switching the style due to his multi-instrumentalist talent. But this one is progressive house ; for acid house you need a Roland TB 303 and mostly has tempo around 122 bpm. Here the organ make me thing to Jaydee and the acidic floating tunes are filtered harmonics. The beat is to fat to be trance.I know the frontier between the 2 progressive family is thin.

  • @voikarl are you kidding? this is progressive trance, coz its a tempo of around 134bpm and normal trance falls between 130 bpm to 150 bpm. Check this song using music production software.

  • @jssnl2009 You guys seem snooty.

  • @voikarl If you search the Ima album on Discogs you will see that is catagorized as a trance/progressive trance album, for me is clearly trance music.

  • BT a true talent...his best album so far

  • @rusbov Well, Definitely is a great album, but the best...?? Have you tried This Binary Universe?

  • @garciaelcolombiano As is indicative of BT's range, they are in completely electronic genres, but equally transcendent. IMA is a progressive trance masterpiece whereas TBH is an electronic ambient masterpiece, totally different electronic planes. This Binary Universe is definitely more complex, but that should be expected.

  • his best album so far...

  • Maybe my favorite acid house song ever. And make no mistake, it's definitely acid house.

BT in the mid-late 90's was just on another level entirely.

  • Very very smooth. Nice mix of classic and progressive trance, the build up approaches at such a narrow degree. The last 3 minutes rock.

  • Sweet! I just picked up an original double LP vinyl of the IMA album for 15 quid!

  • i first learned about BT from a psx game

Die hard Trilogy 2: viva las vegas

    game had great music!

    xD

  • This sounds fantastic, brilliant track, thanks for posting in such good quality.

  • Ive got this album and it only has 5tracks?

  • 9 and the bonus disc has 4

  • dannybammy, there was a 2 CD re-release in 1996 which had 18 tracks if you count each of Sasha's Voyage Of Ima mix tracks seperately.

  • Brian Transeau is a bona fide, 24 carat, Grade-A fkg genius. Good health and long life to you, sir.

  • I can't believe BT used to be so cool at one point in time...

  • i love trance and this music !!!!

    GOA POWAAAAA !!

  • NOW ! This is what i call music.... seriously. I love the man !!!! So talented !

  • i love bt

  • Wow... this is truly REAL Trance music - entrancing!

  • check it on 6.20

  • the beginning of this is so.. otherworldly.. submerges you and submerses you... thanks BT ;)

  • Talk about taking me back. So good...

  • sweeeeetness!
